中国教育质量文化之误区反省 ——从诺贝尔奖获得者的教育经历谈起

摘要:
取得非凡成就的莫言、屠呦呦和韩春雨的教育经历极其平凡,相比之下在古代科举和现 代高考中获得状元的人中多数业绩平平,这个事实颠覆了我国社会(包括教育)对人才和教育关系 的习惯看法。有关科学研究也揭示了,自古“状元难入大家之列,而大家又很难高中状元”这一极为 独特的文化之谜。事实上,这一文化之谜隐藏着业已存在千余年的“人们追求的优质教育,难以培 养杰出人才”的文化悖论。要解析这一文化悖论,需要从反省我国教育质量文化之精神文化、物质 文化、制度文化、行为文化误区入手。

Abstract:
Mo Yan, Tu Youyou and Han Chunyu all got great achievements, but their educational experiencesP were quite popular. And also, the best ones in ancient palace exams and contemporary exams for the entrance of higher education almost did not have great achievements. The comparison overthrew the social (including- educational) viewpoint to relationship between the elites and education. Some scientists have revealed the reason why these first ones in ancient palace exams cloud not be outstanding persons, and those famous elites could not achieve the number ones in exam. The conclusion explains a dilemma that people all promote quality education, but the quality education cannot cultivate excellent people. To find the solution of the dilemma, it is necessary for us to rethink the educational quality culture that includes spiritual culture, material culture, system culture and cultural behavior.
