| 最近，学术出版商斯普林格宣布中国学者的107 篇论文被撤，究竟谁该对此负责，众说纷纭。本文对舆论存在的各种责任认定观念进行了分析，指出：同行评审造假，就是学术不端，对于学术不端的后果，学者必须承担，所有被撤论文作者所在机构应当启动严肃的学术调查。这是纯净我国学术环境的必然要求，在此基础上，还需深入推进学术管理和评价制度改革。 |

| Abstract: |
| Public opinions are divergent over who should be responsible for the retraction of 107 research papers written by Chinese scholars. This paper analyzes the various concepts of responsibility identification existed in public opinions, and furthermore points out that peer review fraud is academic misconduct, and scholars must assume the consequences of the academic misconduct. The institutions of these authors with retracted research papers should initiate serious academic investigations. It is the inevitable requirement for cleansing our academic environment.Based on the above, we need to deeply promote the reform on academic supervision and evaluation system. |
