进入21 世纪,上海开始了二期课改。在二期课改过程中,上海市在考试评价与招生机制变革方面形成了自身特点和经验,但也发现了不同利益群体对考试和课改存在认知差异、教考关系有机结合有待加强、考试命题的科学性和稳定性有待提高等问题。因此建议寻求最大共识,进一步提高命题专业化水平,完善学校招生综合评价体系,以期有效实现科学性和公平性这一考试招生制度改革的基本价值追求。 |

Abstract: |
Since the 21 century, Shanghai has started the second-phase curriculum reform. Shanghai examination evaluation and admission system has shaped its own characteristics and experience in the process of the curriculum reform. However, there still exist some issues need to be noticed. For example, consensus hasn’t been reached among different interest groups on examination and curriculum reform. The combination of teaching and examination and examination paper setting is not satisfied. It is suggested to seek the greatest consensus among government, schools, higher education institutions as well as student and parents, further improve the professional level of setting examination paper, better the comprehensive assessment system of enrollment, etc., in pursuit of the value of effectively realizing the scientific and fair examination and admission system. |
